In the school year 2022-2023, in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, students from from Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands learned about the challenges climate change poses on the Wadden Sea and developed their own projects.

Visitor centres, private tour guides, and scientific organisations, and initiatives throughout the Wadden Sea provide an increasing choice of nighttime experiences for all ages.

On 8-10 November 2023, the representatives of more than 20 visitor centres and the Wadden Sea Youth met on the East Frisian Island of Norderney for their annual trilateral workshop.

The 3rd East Atlantic Flyway Youth Forum (EAFYF 2023) was concluded on 10 September 2023, after two days of intensive training and collaborative work.
